No more than one Citi application every 8 days. No more than two Citi applications in 65 days. Applies to most Citi personal cards (but not always business).

One Citi approval every 8 days. Stack with 8/65: you can potentially get 2 Citi cards in 65 days if they're at least 8 days apart.
The 24-month SUB reset
Citi tracks welcome bonuses per product family. Closing and reopening after 24 months from the original bonus earn date resets eligibility. Some product families group cards together — the Premier/Strata Premier/Prestige bucket, for instance.
